Top Bottom Dress Outer

A Length Measure from the middle of one shoulder to the hem edge. B Bust Measure under armpits, around shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of the bust. (Make sure to not pull the tape measure too hard.) C Waist Measure around the natural waistline. D Shoulder Measure straight from one shoulder seam to the other. (Except for the drop shoulder garment. ) E Sleeves Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.

A Length Measure from the top of the waistline to the hem edge. B Waist Measure straight from one side to the other. C Hip (If needed) Measure around its fullest part (about 8 inches. Below waist), keeping the tape horizontal. D Thigh Measure around the fullest part of thigh, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. E Inseam Measure from the inside leg at the crotch to the hem edge.
